Terms & Polices:

Online classes, readings, and service’s purchased are considered final. Cancellations for readings are refunded or rescheduled, if made 24 hours in advance. 

If you are unsatisfied with your reading, you can text, telephone, or email us, within two weeks of your reading, and your money will be refunded less the transaction fee. Readings are for entertainment purposes only. You must be at least 18 years old to receive a reading, attend a class or event.

By attending classes, events, and readings (online and in person), you assume all risks related to your participation. You release for yourself, your heirs, and your executors, any claims against Karen Matteis and it’s agents from liability resulting from injury or accidents occurring during any course, reading, or meeting with Karen Matteis.  

If you are unable to make a confirmed reading appointment, cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of payment or to reschedule the reading, event, or class.

What you decide to do with the information that she gives you, including any actions you take, is your own personal responsibility and choice. All readings and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological, or business fact or advice and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement. For legal reasons we have to advise you that the readings are for entertainment purposes only. Karen's services are not a substitute for professional services and it is advised that you should seek advice from a relevant qualified expert.
